Return Timeframe: Our refund and returns policy is applicable for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, undamaged, with intact labels and tags, and returned in their original packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your total refund within 3 business days.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@artdecorhome.store, stating your reason and attaching images or videos of the product. Provide your order number. Once your request is approved, you can return the item.
Shipping Fees: If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. If the return is due to our reasons (damaged or incorrect goods), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
